A Path Forward
The Environmental Protection Agency was established in 1970 to protect human health and the environment. The EPA enforces laws and regulations and oversees various environmental programs. The agency, having tripled in size since its inception, has been plagued recently with wasteful practices that are inefficient and duplicative.
